Using this site
By browsing or ordering from MahjongOnline you agree to these terms. Prices, product details and availability may change as stock moves, and we correct listing errors when we find them.
Orders
An order is confirmed once you submit the checkout form and receive an order number. If an item is unavailable after you order, we contact you and adjust or cancel that part of the order.
Product descriptions
We describe tile counts, materials and sizes as accurately as we can. Slight differences in color and finish can occur between batches of the same product.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you check out we collect the name, email, phone and delivery address you provide so we can fulfil the order and send updates. Cart contents are kept in your own browser.
How we use it
We use your details to process orders, answer messages and improve the shop. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the details tied to your order by writing to support@mahjongonline.com.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Standard shipping arrives in 5 to 7 business days and express in 2 to 3. Orders leave the warehouse within two business days of being placed.
Returns
An unopened set can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Damaged items
If a set arrives damaged, send us a photo within seven days and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
